Recommended size for QSL cards is 140mm x 90mm. Most people have their own ideas for the style of their QSL cards and we can usually incorporate any ideas that you may have.

We hold most logos and can add any that you require. In most cases all we require from you is a reasonable quality photograph, your call sign and your wording.
We will then set up a proof to your instructions and ask you what changes you require. After as many proof changes as you wish, once you are totally happy, we will then request payment and proceed to print. Artwork, layout and proofing is FREE, Delivery is also FREE.

Photographs
Photographs should be as good a quality as you have and should be your copyright. In other words, do not copy an image off someone else’s web page, although Wikipedia images are usually ok to use. We can reduce the image to fit the QSL card. The minimum size of the image should be 144mm x 94mm at 300dpi but bigger is fine. If you do not have a suitable image we will try to find a suitable ‘royalty free’ image of your area.
Just order online and only pay AFTER you are happy with the proof(s) we send you.
Delivery
Once you have passed the proof we aim to print and despatch within 5 – 7 working days. We deliver safely by a reliable contact-less carrier service.
Proofs
We will always send you an email proof before we start printing. You can amend the proof as many times as you wish before we go to print to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
Payment
No risk! We only ask for payment AFTER you have had a proof, made any revisions that you require and are 100% happy with it.
Supplying your own artwork?
If you wish to supply your own finished artwork for printing, please supply the finished artwork as a Press Ready PDF, images at 300dpi, with all fonts embedded. We require 3mm bleed which is trimmed off after printing. We can add the RSGB logo for you if you wish.
